My sister had a breast reduction surgery at the age of 14 and it was the best decision she ever made on her own and it was actually her family doctor that recommended it. The family doctor recommended it because she already had an arch in her back. After the surgery, my baby sister looked a lot better and her figure was the way she should've had. We all, three sisters, asked how come we have enormous bustlines, the family doctor explained it could have been two reasons, genes and/or a freak accident that all three sisters have this. It's no fun having a big bustline.

as for Socrates, thanks for a better explantion on the bust size, no matter how much you weigh or whatever like that, I see that the genes can work in very strange ways, yet sometimes trying to make you look more attractive or something like that lol but I guess I never really met a chick who's about 110 lbs (so light!) and has 44DD bust size (holy shit!!) so I just thought that with big breasts like that, are usually in "big" girls instead of "small" girls (just trying to be nice here) so I guess I dont see that everyday, but I bet she was quite an eye catcher lol no offense but I can understand that with breasts THAT big, it can kill your back as you are carrying something heavy in front of you for a long time lol so I totally respect your sister that she got breast reduction surgey and is in better shape an all so that's cool.
the only biggest breasts I can really perfer best is 36D.
