Yes, it is her cat. Beautiful cat, she has! I don't know about the register papers she has but you will have to ask her about this.
You can buy a kitten from the cat show.

I went to a several cat shows. I bought two purebred Persian kittens from them years ago.
Persians need to be COMBED 3-4 times a day (every day). A lot of work!!!
