I am the same way. :) I only turn off my aid when I go to sleep, take a shower, swimming, and not to listen to some annoying people. J/K. :)
 
I wear my hearing aids all the time. The only time that I take them off would be when I take a shower, go swimming, go to bed or I have a bad bad headache when I need the quietness. So that is me. :dj:
 
I threw my hearing aids in the toilet when I was age 11 and I don't need it. I'm proud to be Deaf.
