Lunchtime accident

Liza is right...RJ isnt alone. I have my own share of such incidents. Yesterday while driving, a lady flipped her finger at me. I looked around and was wondering what I did wrong. I decided to wave back at her and flashed her a huge She got flustered and hit her gas pedal hard and zoomed past my car in a plume of smoke.

Oh boy,

I had my power wheelchair ran over their kid's feet, I says "Oops, I'm sorry I ran over your feet, and where's your parent?" the kid guided me over to apt in my same bldg.. and their mother is there, I explained to kid's mother, "Hello, I'm sorry about my power wheelchair ran over on your son's feet, you can take your kid to doctor to check up if you want, next time for safety and dangerous about power wheelchair can be ran and crushed on foot. keep distance within 3 feet away "Danger zone" around of my power wheelchair." I patted on kid's back. "You'll be okay, don't worry about your hurt feet". They didn't mad at me, they're good parent

That was so noble and honest to do what you did!!! Most people would have just kept going, and forgotten about it. But, not you, you went right to that little boy's parent's and explained everything, especially the guidelines of distance to keep from a wheelchair in motion, that is somethings I didn't know, and I am glad I know that now, so I would respect that person's space. The boy's parent's weren't upset with you, because you did the right thing. Give yourself a pat on the back for going the distance. Good for you!!!!

Awww, how awful...just ignore people like that hun....they are everywhere....they are miserable in their lives so they try to make others miserable to form their own types of twisted happiness.

I feel you don't need to apologize to her at all since it was an accident and it was not your fault. Too bad she is not too friendly with you as I would have with anyone who are in wheelchair.

rjr2006 Your apologize should be acceptable. She obviously had a bad day. I have seen some people have nasty attitude when they become no patience in rush on the roads. They gave me their fingers or blow the horn. What can I do?

In 1970's, I went to see the movie, "Alien" first part of story. I could not hold my voitming. I end up threw up over the man's head in the front of me at the audience. Oh Dear.. I felt so horrible and embarrass. :Oops: I was accidently threw up at his head. I was so sick to my stomach when I saw the baby alien popped out from the man's stomach.

The man almost punched my face until he realized. I signed, I am so sorry.. I did not mean that... I ran out of that movie and threw up all the way to the ladies room.

I would NEVER want to see that horrible first movie "alien". I had nightmare for few nights. I am very senstive to the horror movies !

when I was on my way to the cafeteria, there were too much people and I lost control of my wheelchair, then I accidentally hit that woman by her leg. She looked directly at my face and I told her that I was SORRY but she gave me an angry face and did this no-no face at me. then I told her AGAIN that I AM SORRY, but she didn't really understand what I was trying to tell her so she ignored me immediately ! I DON'T LIKE HIGH SCHOOL AND people can be cruel!

but i tell you that she is JACKASS! :asshole:
