Lobster or Crab?

I know what you mean. They used to even use African lobster, which looks more like a large crayfish. Ugh!

I prefer local seafood. When we visit CT, we eat fresh North Atlantic lobster. We live in SC, and only eat at restaurants that serve local shrimp. I don't want shrimp from Thailand.

Down here, the local favorites are shrimp and grits, oyster roasts, blue crab, and she-crab soup. Low-country stir fry, mixed shrimp, red rice, and sausage, is one of my favorites.
 
Ever try lobster bisque? I love it... Also, I enjoy eating lobster ravioli. Only a very fine Italian restaurant makes good lobster ravioli.
