Well, I decided to make some home made beef jerky, now I got to stay up till its done so it doesnt get too dry or burn.... knew I should have waiting till daylight. Oh well, gonna have fun here tonight an liven things up. Love Y'all !
 
I live for jerky beefs. I think I tried homemade jerky beefs at flea market, but other than that, I hardly had home made ones.
 
Easy to make, one reason I want to start hunting...free food...lol
 
LOVE JERKY! My friend has this amazing recipe that calls for soy sauce and OMG it's the best.

I don't have a dehydrator so I bought some jerky once and just let it sit over night in some soy sauce (because I was craving my friends jerky). It was good but def NOT the same. Still cured my craving. Dang, now I want jerky, do you see what you started? lol kidding

I havent bought a dehydrator yet myself, Buy tons of metal racks at the dollar store and dry them in the oven,,, and yes I use Soy Sauce, the better soy sauce the better the taste... Kikomen (spelling) is the best soy sauce it is more wine based as it is ferminted differently. LaChoy will have more of a salty taste but you can add salt to taste with Kikomen, Use Sea Salt !!!
 
Now I am making hot wings and drummies, This Boy can cook ! lol

Now if you really like the soy flavored jerky, you can order some online at Cedar Creek Beef Jerky (dot com) I buy mine there, its cheaper than the store but you have to buy a minimum order but it will last you awhile, for me about a week if I use it for a 4 course meal daily...lol
