I don't think Spain, Greece, Romania and Cyprus will recognize Kosovo independence. Serbia will do everything in its power to prevent UN from recognizing Kosovo.

Europe Union give support on Kosovo.

Yes, recently, there is terrible riot (Serbs), people attack US embassy and burn em up. Yet, there are police to block and arrest several rioter.

Can anyone explain me why Kosovo want to be independent? Those news doesn't mention anything about it, which made me feel little uneasiness.

I hope this does not cause similar problem we have as with Israel.

It been mix with both two groups: Albanians and Serbs in one country. Problem between two country support... well - most from Russia and it need to be more independence on own country for people. Kosovo been in war for long time in this country.

Bill Clinton ignore Kosovo's request for aid and focus on US during his term.

true, when I saw TV news about Kosovo *oh gosh* I am not support for Kosovo, because there is not good care about economy also environment and the same with Turkish country. Turkish country wanted join an EU. EU parliament are not allowed to be join from turkish country, because there have not strong economy etc..

yep, i saw those news... but why they just made attack of US embassy. US embassy have no reason and doesn't concern with kosovo. I dont unterstand, why? now they gave the honor arces from serbia for kosovo, but serbia were own arces a town of belgrad for a long time ago. i still confused.:dunno:

Probably because of the Serbian Orthodox Church patriarchial seat is in Pec, Kosovo.

Independence isn't always a good thing. I think Kosovo should have been autonomous, where they have the right to govern themselves but remain a part of Serbia. That would be a better compromise for an area that will inevitably struggle economically

Poor dudes.

I do remember one of the stories a poor pregnant Serbian was brutally murdered. Albanian fighter shot her first, then sliced her stomach opened and pulled that baby out. He set that baby on fire. He then stuffed several rocks back in her stomach. Nasty.
