I agree with Richard.

I've been depressed too sometimes.
Like Richard says, just give your Dad some breathing room, he'll come back.
Try not to worry too much, call a friend and make plans to go places, to the mall or whereever you like.
Hang it there!

Maybe you need to see a psychologist. Someone to talk to and share your problems with.

I empathize with you because I had to deal with superficial friends and I lost my dad at same time when I was 16. I am 23 now. That year was hardest year. This year probably will not be easy year for you because of father's day and holidays. When I get really sad thinking about him, I try to think of good times I had with him during the holidays. Be fortunate that you had more time with your father than I did with mine. I am glad that walking helped you feel better. What helps to keep your mind off things that are bothering you? Things that you love to learn about. That will also help.
