yes. however - this Arizona's new immigration law is basically useless now since the pivotal portion of it is blocked.

From what I seen that there are few of them who are illegal immigration aren't mean when they have issues with green card/visa. bah

That's one of reason why Fed had to block AZ's immigration law.
 
The fact that there are portions being blocked indicates that there are some issues with the legality of such a law. The same thing that several of us have been saying from the beginning.
 
I was half-expecting Jan Brewer to be arrested for defying the court order, but it hasn't happened yet. Rats.
