Right. I feel for the children most of all, but there's been a couple comments in this thread that I absolutely agree with.

1. The Gosselins did this to themselves.
2. Kate has issues that are clearly demonstrated on the show.
3. What happens to them will NOT effect me in any way, shape, or form.

I wish the best for the children caught up in this mess. I really do. Those poor kids are going to need all the help and support they can get!

With that said, I'm out.

Kate is a monster. She emotionally abused Jon and probably the kids, too. It was very telling from the newscast clip that I saw that she said "The show must go on..." referring to the fact that the show will continue taping even in light of the divorce.

How is that good for the children?

So, it seems to me that Kate enjoys being in the limelight but John doesnt?

It's probably more complicated than that (what marital issues are simple?), but I would say that's certainly part of all this. She has made the show her career now. She goes on television detailing what life is like parenting two sets of multiples. I have personally seen her on the Dr Phil show in the past. All of this WITHOUT Jon.
 
Well, from what I had learned from the show itself, magazines, gossips and others. I am certain that Kate is a BITCH to Jon in many perspectives.

Relationship between man and woman is a two way street without any barriers. Give and take, mutual agreement to another, commitment and love to another are prime foundation for marriage

Clearly, Kate had one major flaw in marriage is that she doesn't give in everything to what Jon had to say for himself as a person.

At Toy R, us...

Kate had hard time and chased with kids who loose around in Store while Jon played the game and not pay attendant to his kids so Kate had yelled at him!

At Halloween Panic or maze area... Kate watched kids and make sure kids to stay together.. Jon wasn't pay attendant and cause his kids loose then made Kate pissed off!!!

Kate kept preparation anything for kids.. Jon seemed miserable!! Example She wanted kept space and clean her garage but Jon was wretched!!

I think the the show just should have been cancelled. Yeah, the financial assistance must be nice but it's not worth it.

And while we're at it, when I was watching the show (to see what happened :P) last night, I got to questioning where the hell the "Learning" in TLC went. :confused: Now it's reality TV drama. :roll:

I did DVR it but didn't watch it...I plan to tomorrow. I strongly believe they should stop doing the show and focus on the family. They put kids on too much stresses. I can see Mady, one of the twin always whine whine whine....its not worth it for the kids to be in stresses and loose their own childhood. If I was in Kate's shoe, I will cancel the show.

BTW I hate Kate's hair and I wanna shave her hair off! :roll:

I completely agree with you. It's not healthy for the show to go on and I am not going to watch it any longer (I was watching for the drama :P). I don't want to be supporting it.

And I agree with your second statement too. :lol: Everyone calls it the "rooster". :lol:
 
I saw the episode and feel sad for the children. At the same time, it's probably better for them so they aren't raised in an environment where parents argue and do not show love towards each other. I teared up when Kate said she will feel bad when her children look back upon their lives and think "I remember when I was "X" years old and my parents were still together." If truth be told, I think Kate complains too much and doesn't realize how much she has. She has a beautiful home, a loving husband, 8 adorable children and a nanny. I think Kate needs a reality check. :roll:
 
Kate isn't any better than Jon. She's a complainer who is never happy. She needs a reality check and I hope she gets one soon. :roll: I also feel sad for their children. After 10 years of marriage, Jon and Kate couldn't find some way to work things out. :(
 
Kate reminds me of the way I used to treat my first boyfriend. I was mean spirited to him and even physically abused him at times whenever I was in a rage. My behavior was uncalled for and to this day, I regret all of the things I've done. He was a good person and put up with alot of my crap. Unfortunately, we no longer speak to each other. My late mother always warned me that if I continued to treat him the way I did, he'd end our friendship which is eventually what happened. We did speak to each other for awhile, but then the phone calls stopped and I no longer know what he is up to these days. I sincerely hope Kate realizes how lucky she is to have a beautiful home, 8 adorable children, a loving husband and a nanny. Perhaps if she spends some time away from Jon they will reconnect at a later time. I hope so for the sake of the children.

Jon is a good looking guy...he is Korean. So his kids are part of Korean and something else (Kate's side, I dunno what is her nationally is)
