Jackson declares innocence in interview
Entertainer speaks with Jesse Jackson on live Internet show

LOS ANGELES - Declaring himself “completely innocent” of child molestation charges, Michael Jackson said Sunday that he is the victim of a conspiracy and asked fans around the world to pray for him.

In an interview with the Rev. Jesse Jackson, the entertainer would not elaborate on his conspiracy belief, citing the court-imposed gag order that prevents him from discussing his trial in detail.

However, he said he believes he is just the latest of several “black luminaries” to be unjustly accused, citing former South African President Nelson Mandela and former heavyweight boxing champions Muhammad Ali and Jack Johnson as others.

Conspiracy theory
“I just want to say to fans in every corner of the Earth, every nationality, every race, every language, I love you from the bottom of my heart,” Jackson said toward the end of the hourlong interview broadcast live on the Internet.

“I would love your prayers and your goodwill, and please be patient and be with me and believe in me because I am completely, completely innocent. But please know a lot of conspiracy is going on as we speak,” he said.

Jackson also said he is in “intense pain” since falling in the shower earlier this month, although he said at another point that his health was perfect. He arrived late to court on March 10, wearing pajama bottoms, a T-shirt and walking stiffly, and his representatives said at the time he had been treated at a hospital for a serious back injury.

“I was coming out of the shower and I fell and all my body weight — I’m pretty fragile — all my body weight fell against my rib cage,” Jackson said. “And I bruised my lung very badly.”

He said the injury has caused him to cough up blood and was so painful that it brought him to tears in court one day when he was seen wiping his eyes with a tissue. He said he remains under a doctor’s care.

'My health is perfect'
When Jesse Jackson noted how thin he is, the pop star replied that he has never been a big eater, something he said has always concerned his mother and others, including actress Elizabeth Taylor, a friend.

“Elizabeth Taylor used to feed me, to hand-feed me, at times,” he said.

“Please, I don’t want anybody to think I’m starving, I’m not.” he quickly added. “My health is perfect, actually.”

The entertainer also denied recent rumors that he is teetering on the verge of bankruptcy.

“That’s not true at all. It’s just one of their many schemes to embarrass me. It’s to drag me through the mud,” he said.

I think he says he is innocent because he THINKS he is innocent. One thing I've found is there are 2 types of people when it comes to pedophiles and molesters....There are those that are aware it is bad and continue to do it anyway (much like a rapist would be). The other type of person is one who loves children and doesn't see that what they are doing is harming them. Michael falls into that second category. He doesn't see anything wrong with it because he legitimately loves children and would never do anything to harm children (in his mind). Unfortunately, he is so far from reality that I don't think he'd ever understand. Friends were warning him of what was to come, but he paid no mind to them because he was only 'helping the children'.

I find it funny that it was Rev Jackson that did the interview. Thats, IMO, like charles mason interviewing Jeffrey Dahmer.

Lisa Marie tells Oprah of Jacko marriage
07:52 AEDT Wed Mar 30 2005

AP - Lisa Marie Presley has aired her dirty laundry on Oprah.

In the first of a two-part interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show to promote her new album, Presley spoke about her brief marriage to Michael Jackson, who is on trial in Santa Maria, California, on child molestation charges.

She told Winfrey her marriage to Jackson, which lasted from 1994 to 1996, was real.

"Do you think that he loved you as much as he could?" the talk-show host asked.

"Yes, as much as he was capable of loving somebody," Presley replied.

Presley and Jackson famously opened the 1994 MTV Video Music Awards by exchanging a long kiss.

In a PrimeTime Live interview with the couple in 1995, Presley told ABC's Diane Sawyer that anyone who questioned their relationship could `Eat it'.

When Winfrey asked if she felt that Jackson had used her, Presley replied: "All signs point to 'yes' on that. I can't answer for him."

Presley, the daughter of Elvis, claimed she was uncomfortable talking about Jackson, at one point exclaiming: "This seat is hot!"

The 37-year-old singer made similar comments about her former husband while promoting her 2003 debut album, describing the relationship to The Associated Press as more "toxic" than her other relationships.

Then, she told the AP: "I don't want to bash him. I don't hate him, I don't have any of that going on".

I had the feeling that Michael is an innocent. Don't ask me why because it's just my feeling. I don't know why. :Ohno:

I believe, he is innocent because he has a good heart to the children. He made million donation to the illness children. I am tired of the parents's children are coming after his money.

Michael becomes very sick due to stressful. He voitmed bloody few days ago. He broke his heart when the media become pressure on him and his family. There is insufficient evidence. :(

I don't know for a fact whether he is guilty or innocent. I do know that he is charged with some serious things and he knowingly put himself in the position to be charged with those things. Giving porn to a minor is unlawful. Giving alcohol to a minor is unlawful. Sleeping in the same bed with an unrelated minor is not using good judgement. His courtroom theatrics are not winning him any sympathy points. Perhaps his lawyers can get him out of this like they have similar charges in the past. Maybe not. We'll just have to wait and see. Some think he has been attacked because of his celebrity status. I think he has been given too much leniency because he is a celebrity.

Here is a funny cartoon clip I found. It does mock him, so just don't look at it if he is your hero and you might be offended. It is just a lampoon, or satire.
But the annimation and music is good!

My opinion that the case should be dropped. He is less harm. Out there there are much worst than him.

He is innocent because he is Rich, while the poor can get guilty real easily. The reason why he will probably get away from this is because of the deals with the Media (espectially the E! network) and despict him being an billionare he has a high chance to get away from this, which is how corrupted the American system is.

Well, if he is innocent, I am Jennifer Anniston's next husband!
