Just like any languages in the world, it is hard to learn it at first but once a person becomes fluent in it, it wont be difficult anymore.

I have another question, is there sign language that are unvirsiral language for all of to use?
 
Not bad...I dont mind living there for a year..maybe teach there to get a good experience.

Are there BiBi Deaf ed programs there?

Yes, there is -- not in my hometown anymore, it shut down.

is it easy for us to understand that language or is it difficult?

Difficult at first, but when fluent, no worries :)

That's right, like myself, I have learnt ASL and became fluent in it, you will need to check me out on VP.

Dang, I wasn't so sure. Because there were unverisal spoken language but why not about sign language?

It is not universal...for it to be universal, it would be used in each country.

There is. Gotta involve in politics. They had have a conference that all countries involved in a meeting about certain things.

true.... if we were in guam - wouldn't they speak english... I dont think so, we would have known nothing of spanish until we say, que????
