First of all you need proof. What said here is HEARSAY. And Courts cannot go by HEARSAY.You need proof or the guy goes free. Just like i heard a case a girl was raped by a guy she said it was him. Yeah cops arrested him but in court she had no witnesses. And the guy said she let him in her appartment and she wanted to have sex with him so she did.But she told a differant story. She said she was raped she opened the door and ask her can he make a phone call and she felt sorry for the guy cause he was on crunches. So she let him in and he raped her and he said dont call the cops and the guy took his crunches out and ran out the door. And the jury didnt belived she was raped so he went scott free.In this country you better have damn good proof this guy did so and so or he goes scott free that just the way it is.

You wouldnt be caught and taken to court, but the cops can keep an eye on you and bust you for any small stupid mistake, and knowing you as much as i do, it won't take you long!

Yes there is. I'll cite you one right now. Bill Kamal! He was the Weatheman for both Washington DC and Miami- Dade. He was busted in Oct for trying to solicit sex from a 14 yr old boy. He pled guilty and is now serving time in a Federal Prison.
