Yup Surf City......And the line "two girls for every boy" from the Jan and Dean song totally fits....I have never seen a better ratio.

what kind of pancake is it?

Look like I gotta have to run for more than 1 hour. :shock: to kill the high calories, fats and goes on! :lol:
 
I'm using tons of insulin to counterattack the high blood sugar since I'm using maple syrup. Even 1/4 of this stuff is = 54 carbs which is more than what my dietican allows for my meals! and that's not including the pancakes!

I can try straight up coffee with no milk or sugar. i did that few times and i still add milk in it. ;)
