20th and 21st centuries. you can add 19th century as well. All the names I've listed occurred within those centuries.

I have been able to listed SEVERAL historical events that it takes a violent revolution to change the government system. I questioned your answer to Shel's question that you claimed the government system dies with the leader. Yes it did happen in the past but it's in ancient time. and you did not really answer my question.

So I ask again - can you name me any historical event that the government system dies with the leader in modern age?

I didn't know we were talking about the death of the leader...just the dethroning of the leader. And there are numerous examples. Germany to start.

we both know that the removal of leader usually resulted in death.

I said historical events, not country. What about Germany? please be more specific to make sure we're on same page.

It didn't die with just Hitler alone.... which goes back to my statement in my post #37 and #38. Handful of Hitler's circle were assassinated, arrested, exiled, or killed by themselves. In short - there's nobody left to keep the Third Reich running.

And it was historical. It didn't happen today. How long exactly do you think the Nazi movement would have survived without Hitler as leader? It was his conception, for heaven's sake.
