Is it possible to buy iphone 4s from Project Endeavor and have it set in Sprint Relay Data Plan? Or simply order iphone directly from Sprint Relay Store?

As long as it's CDMA ready I don't see why not tho to be safe I'd get it directly from Sprint. Yeah some areas may suck as not all areas are 4G ready. But overall it's not bad cause they pretty much use Verizon's towers for coverage as well.

I emailed Project Endeavor asking how it worked with a iPhone, and here is the reply,

" The iPhone 4S is serviced by Sprint. It is a two year contract. You will pay $250 upfront. We will add $560 to that for a total credit of $810. From that $810 all charges will be deducted until the credit runs out, then you take over payments. The plan itself costs $54.99/month and is unlimited data with no voice minutes. All set up and activation fees are the same as if you would walk into a Sprint store, but we will use the credit to pay for them. The phone will be activated when you receive it.
