I don't think so. Most of Media do get the quotations anyone.

One of the sources want to sue any Media company for using the quotations then why did he/she already spilled the beans?

How am I wrong? All I said was, if Damon thinks he has the proof he has the right to sue. I never made a judgement about whether has *has* the proof or not. That's not up to me. That's up to a jury to decide.
 
I think this man has a right to be angry if he was made to appear as if he had an opinion he did not. Plus, shouldn't he have had to give clearance to use that clip in Fahrenheit 9-11 in the first place?

It seems to me that the RIGHTS issue is where he has grounds for a lawsuit and I think he should go ahead with it.

I agree, I can careless about Damon's problem but hopefully that he will lose the case.

But... Freq. 9/11 is made in last 2 years ago then why does Damon should sues him in 2004? not need wait until 2006.

He was focused on getting better from his war injuries and he did not need to remember any war movies because he has been there, done that then he heard about Farinethinet 9/11 and many war veterans hate Michael Moore because Micahel Moore spits on the veterans and those soldiers over there were doing many good things that were not being reported in the news media ( Typical liberal anti war establishment ) then when he finally had a chance to sit down then he watched the movie and he got so angry and remember the war all over again then made some phone calls to get a lawyer to sue Michael Moore in court. I hope that American soldier sues the shit out of Michael Moore so much that Michael Moore can't make any more false so called doucementaries when in reality they are false accusations cut up from several places to make it look like a doucementary film when it never was a a real doucementary film in the first place !!!!!

Would you want something you said to be put on an NRA film making it look like you supported guns if you didn't? I don't think so.

The point that Rose Immortal is trying to make to you is what if Rose Immortal made a 'documentary' for the NRA supporting guns, and footage of you was used without your permission and it was made so it made it look like you were the best rootin' tootin cowboy in the west. That is what Michael Moore is doing here and thats why people are upset.

Do you remember the recent gally protests? What if you found a student on film that said "the new president was nice to me and spoke to me in public but is not right for the school, the students, and should not be president and I cannot stand Fernandes." Lets say that was your quote.
Next thing you know, your face shows on a pro-Fernandes with you saying "the president was nice to me" and they cut it off, giving the public the idea that you are pro-Fernandes when you are not.

You can support Michael Moore all you want, but I'm not sure why you don't have a problem with 'newsmakers' making things up as fact. You are pro-Moore so you think this soldier is wrong. Why would Michael Moore find it necessary to take footage of soldiers and make the claim that they are anti-war? Why does he need to do that?

I thought parts of his "Bowling For Columbine" were good and brought up some good parts...and then he goes to Canada where he makes it appear that the crime of the century in canada is petty theft and people in canada don't own guns, they don't get robbed, and they don't get murdered....and none of that is true. Even Canada has school shootings, but Michael Moore won't tell you that. He will tell you that the NRA is in our schools giving the kids guns and that is the cause of the worlds problems.

Yea, I had watch last 2 years ago but of course, Canada has school shootings like anywhere in world depends on some countries that's guns are illegal, it cannot make illegal in USA because of amendment. I can't wonders if he said Columbine HS is dangerous, worse than Compton HS but one of my friend are going to Compton HS and there's simple dress code (including gangs are banned), some fighting issues, drugs issues and some other issues, unlike many schools in PGC because they adopted uniform policies at many schools in PGC. For that movies, Moore is just stated opinion about what's world is... Guns should be banned because it would helps crime would going decline.

I don't understand that Damon want sues on him, because shows veterans on films without Damon's permission but it won't Moore's fault because some casts have took Damon in films, like most veterans do. If Damon want against on Moore then that means Damon support Iraq, or Iran that where war was targeted. Moore are just stated his opinion about war should be end because Iraq and Iran aren't our country and radiation level are skyrocketing since 1991 then both of countries will be unsafe, what's big deal with oils.

Many forumers have opinion if Damon need win or lose the case and Moore's have rights to stated his opinion but some casts that who make films and took including most Veterans in films, make fun of BUsh. Does Bush against on Moore because he's including in films so who does Damon not sues Moore in 2004, that where film created then why does want wait until 2006? I'm sure that many people would support Moore to make Damon lose the case, they already watch on this movies and interesting about in USA.
