Imperial

I know Imperial is a kinda of part of political party. Well ... I usually 'heard' the historical accounts of any general subject from my former schools or at liberty. I always watch any TV show, movie, video game, or whatever is about anything else. I still keep seeing something else until like last November -- V.C. that I played and I now got kinda of tired of 'heard' how much Imperials are evil, bad, mean, or whatever. So it got me wondering ...

Yes, it does bother me is they stereotype or paint Imperials, Imperial Party, or whosoever they are as an magnificent bastard, demonic, or else.

Since I only know a little about Imperial, but I wonder why they just see them like that?

Sorry if this thread is so lame, and I just try to understand why...

the term Imperialism/Colonialism/Expansionism/etc is used to describe the government's national policy (any country).

On most case - "Imperialism" is viewed as hostile because the government puts forth its aggressive stance to expand its territory or by asserting its hegemony over other nations
