This weekend I had been busy making those ILY candles and ILY embeds as well.

I like how they turned out. I made everything you see in the two pictures. They're all for fundraising and safe to say the whole weekend our flat smelled really nice! :) Green Tart Apple, Blossom Fields, Hawaiian Dreams and Citrus Oil.

I used spring scents so they would rejuvenate the scents after the dull winter!

Those candles will come attached with a leather string and a ILY pendant.

CBE, I used to think I had a "small" obsession with candles until I realised I had a hutch filled with FO's and EO's [fragrance oils and essential oils], huge wax blocks, wax dyes, tart molds and so on.. just gave in to my addiction of candles! :lol:

I do have to be careful not to burn myself when I pour hot wax.

A tip to share with you all..

I use a very old crockpot [slow cooker] to melt wax. I use that only just for melting wax and it is great. The inside liner is great to pick up and pour hot wax into the metal pitcher. [Hubby helps me with that as I'm nervous about burning myself.]
 
That's cool - It's cute too and the assorted colors makes it better! :)
 
Some people are really creative and artistic (when it comes to craftwor) I'm none of that LOL...

Absolutely love those ILY Candles!!! Great job *thumbs up*
