That's why I stick with San Francisco (I forget the name, will check it out later) and Julies Organic's ice creams. They are well-respected in organic communities and organizations. I added the link for you, check it out.

I believe San Francisco ice cream brand are only selling in California but you can find Julies Organic in health stores like Wild Oats or Whole Food Market. Julies Organic's ingredients in Vanilla brand:

Ingredients: Fresh Organic Cream, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Skim Milk, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vanilla, Carob Bean Gum, Guar Gum.

I eat the ice cream time to time... Ice cream and pizza are only two things that I can't ban completely from my diet.

Edit: Someday I need to learn how to make a homemade ice cream.. I heard that it is far delicious than conventional ice creams.

No ice cream is good for you, but I eat frozen yogurt. It's not that bad, but I can tolerate the taste. NAHT!

Oh mann!. I like all of those!. : Sherberts, yogurts,banana splits, chocolate chips kinds, & Ice Cream!. Speaking of ice cream, I use to have Ice cream floats, now that is pretty good to have now & then. Unforunately for me, I have to get the ones that is non dairy types. I can't handle any dairy any more. They sell them in the stores, but the non dairy ones are much more expesive, though.
Shucks, now I am craving some. *sigh*. well, maybe later, if I feel up to going to the store.
