OK, that's funny! It works for me, but still funny!

I think I can shed some light on this. I'm a career student; I love education and am interested in girls who are above average intellectually. I will go out with girls that are average but not someone dumb. So the "college material" reference might be, hopefully anyway, referring to a female who is capable of attending college and not the girl who didn't graduate high school, and can barely spell her name. IF that's what he means, I agree with the "college material" requirement.

BTW, I'm a technology/electronics nerd, not a literary nerd, so if a girl can barely spell her name but understands what baud rate is, that works for me too!
