Just check out, he's hearing guy that I met him online at other forum about skyscrapers then I chatted with him on AIM but haven't been in 2 month or so then he posted my private conservation and someone, strange member IMed me to look up his forum then I just said "WTF??" and seems violate privacy because I hate to show up in public area. :mad:

What I do? How about sue on them for show up my private conservation?

I'm gonna sign up new AIM sn again. :hyper:
 
I don't think there's anything you could do. Once you talk to someone else, that AIM conversation becomes free for the other person to use. Of course, it's unethical for him to post the conversation like that... but I don't think you can really sue that person for something like that. That's why we have to be careful with who we talk with out there. :eek:
 
I was reading the whole thing the link you gave us...

The guy who posted your conversations with him is the biggest jerk!

However, be glad that there were other people who were on your side! They understood that deaf people have their own ASL language...Don't be upset about that...

Don't speak to this person again...Otherwise, he could do it again to hurt you...

If you change new username...they will notice it's you anyway...there is no differences...

I suggest next time when you chat with hearies...be sure not to talk too much...Hearies doesn't have patience for that...If you talk too much about yourself...they get lose interest talking with you...If you keep changing subjects...they will also lose interest talking with you...

Well, all I can say is be careful who you chat with. Sometimes people behind the computer are assholes and betraying bemoths.

No offense, you always change subjects alot...that's why lot of people get bored of you. Please keep it on subject with something interesting to talk about instead of changing it every minute or so. Just my advice to you.. You got lot to learn about the world. ;) I still got a long way to go, too.
 
I had no idea to fix my subjects to make point :( Many deaf people at deaf school are just talk so random, not get point at right place but students at my school are good, no different from others. I had hard time to break my habitat, most of chat on AIM is good except for few members that ripped me off but I just blocked most of stranger, hearing and minor but depends on personal and behavior if rude, insult and any offensive.

It isn't your fault..We deafies are like that...you're not alone..:hug:

We deafies always changes subject then go back to the subject..:lol:

As for hearies...they stick with one subject..this is part of life! :)

Hearing people does change the subjects same like Deaf people do...

They(deaf or hearing people) sometime do stick with one subject. I raise in hearing world and deaf world.

Not always, some hearing people are just change in subjects, then back to subject again, it was depends on their personal. Many of my hearing buddies on AIM does to talk in random subjects, some are stay in same subject.

I was reading the link that was posted on the other forum. Yes it was unethical of that person to post the AIM conversation but also at the same time, You got to be careful to who you are talking to online. I mean really, the online thing can be so deceving until you put the trust in the person to make a giant leap or whichever it is.

I just couldn't help and wonder by reading the conversation - That dude kept saying "Ok", "uh huh", so and on. No offense, but it was obvious to me that the guy was kinda bored but yet at the same time, being polite since you were sort of rambling on in the conversation. Didn't you get the hint that he was bored at least in a sense?

I had to laugh at these people who are stirring up more trouble for me when I did not do anything wrong. I knew better than that. I dont give a hoot if someone plans on getting their CI device. Thats their issue , people have to deal with all the problems, not me.

They are making such a big fool out of themselves since I havent said those things whatever this person thinks.. I think people need to grow up. You only listen to one side as usual and believe everything that I DIDNT do. Also I dont agree for people to give out my name without my knowledge that I didnt even know.
