Seems like a lot of others are going through the same thing. Hang in there AJ and let it not affect you too much. You can't fight all the negativity but you can turn it into a positive. Try and get together with some friends and hang out. Maybe go play some basketball at the courts? I usually run when I am frustrated. Or work out if I can.
Stress takes a lot out of you physically. Makes you very tired. It's your body's way of saying OVERLOAD. When stress gets to high. Your body just wants to shut down.
Do something that is relaxing. for yourself.
