I am back to AD from wedding and honeymoon

Really? I didn't know that. I am not an Asian! I am Euro-American. LoL Our wedding aren't real fancy like my husband's cousin's wedding. His cousin and his wife's wedding total about 20,000 in 4 years and 18,000 for honeymoon at Hawaii. Their parents are support and pay on wedding stuff.

My mom bought me a beautiful pearl pink beads gown. My husband didn't want to be fancy on our wedding because too expensive. He want to be simple elegant. We both agreed. I haven't check my our wedding and honeymoon's budgets yet. I am going to work on them and count how it cost total for final.

Our honeymoon are expensive! You know Florida is very tourist!!! Every restaurants are expensive. I did enjoy at beaches and theme parks.

I miss the dolphins. :( LoL

Just rent a whole restaurant and do the quick wedding ritual. that's it - well also honeymoon. I don't know if you rent or buy your wedding gown but for us - the brides rent gown although it's not very lavishness. Damn Chinese like to do things cheap and fast lol. but hey so do I :cool2:

LoL! give you a high Five! I am done with honeymoon. We just got home last Sunday night. My wedding date was last June 7th. Me and my husband left to Florida for honeymoon on 14th.

1) Cheap and easy marriage: Just go to a court house and have a judge of the peace do your marriage. Won't cost too much $$ and you wouldn't need to plan your wedding the way you did..

2) I am engaged, so I know some of this stuff.

3) You don't like me? Too bad! Deal with it! I can rebuttal at you any time I want.

Pinky didn't ask for cheap and easy. what she do want to plan for wedding? everyone get a different dream for wedding. that is why, she has an another choose.

Nah! :roll: At Lucia! She is so mean!!!!! None of her business!!!! My husband didn't want to go Court. My wedding is so great!!!! My scheme color is PINK!!! I was feeling like a princess! I am waiting for pictures coming soon.

I am waiting for best photographer to send us a best pictures soon. My husband got many pictures of our honeymoon. I know everyone want to see my wedding picture. LoL

Oh wonderful, what did you put your scheme color, pink!!! not bad, it looks different. cool!!! I haven't putting my scheme. I took a skiing clothes, because we were'nt going at the church. Our wedding was on the ski-alps in Durango, colorado ;)

That's cool! It sound fun! I never have been in Ski before. I really want to go Colorado someday. I love the mountains! My dream want to live in mountains for view.

My husband and I suppose to have a wedding chapel at Caribbean Cruise. But my mom didn't want to go. In my mom's side family would be upset if they're not come. Too late now. Ohh well. I don't care. No matter what. I am happy to be married.

Sorry to be gone for a long while. No, but I have one son from previous marriage and my husband also has five children from his previous marriage too. I have three granddaughters with my son as the father. My husband has six grandchildren (4 boys and 2 girls) with his daughter as the mother. We were married at the Justice of the Peace (courthouse) in another town by the Judge 10 1/2 years ago. It is our second marriage for both of us from our ex-spouses. It was a small party of my husband's two family members and one friend. I also have an ASL interpreter at the wedding so that I can understand what the judge said and what other members are talking about. Both of our families could not come to the wedding anyway. My family were from USA and my husband's family don't want to come anyway at the time. But we got married as planned. We went to the restaurant to have a small reception, no dance. Just food, cake and champagne to celebrate our complete wedding. My sister-in-law took the pictures of us in the wedding at the courthouse, but not at the reception because she need to get home with her children. We never went on a honeymoon because we just could not afford it. I am praying someday we will go to our first honeymoon, even if we have been married long time almost 11 years. I think that is cool that you could afford the small wedding plus the honeymoon.

As for planning the wedding, we just try to go one day at a time and we attended the marriage retreat (aboriginal spiritual center for native people) to plan the future wedding and talk with other couples who want to get married in the future for just one weekend (we slept and ate there). We had a good experience and there are times we get cranky and I don't remember if we argue but I think we argue a little bit, but we make it to the wedding, don't we? Now I am amaze how times fly sooo fast being married like the blink of our eyes. We are old people (my husband-58 and I-62 (four years younger than him). :cool2:
