YAYYA but BOY that lightnings and the rain ... i got caught in the storm on the way back home from town.. it was real bad! wow! oh yeah i did took pics of clouds ... hehe.. cant wait to have that developed.. hehe.. now my son is gone for the weekend.. im all alone... but boring! sigh! heh

Yes, my real estate guy told me what people said about my house "property too big", "too many floors", "don't like the color of the bathroom", "don't like the next door's property", "outdated bathrooms" (come on.. the house is in the historical district & built in 1920's and still have its orginal floor tiles!! ), and etc... The only thing I can change is the color of the bathroom. Sigh.... I admit that we are thinking of having our house up for rent instead.. I know being a landlord is not an easy job but I'm willing to do anything.
Yes, I do watch all kind of shows that you mentioned. I'm a handy person. I love to fix, renovate, remodel, etc...

No wonder... They aren't like your house due orginal floor tiles.. I wonder can you replace looks alike 1920 cermanic tiles ? cuz you mentioned that you're handy person.. Perfect suitable sense!

I admit that it's Chocolate Chip Cookies, my stomach and I are very senstive to chocolate, I mean from Candy that I am easy to be sick with it. But Chocolate Milk, I'm pretty fine with it.

Ohhhh i admit its my fav .... yummy!!! hwehe.. with lot lot of chocolates! dipped in chocolate yummy! more delicious! hehe..

i admit i even ate them raw.. ever done that before? LOL.. hehe.. i did that back in school in home ec class.. my classmates' bad influences of making me eat them raw..when suppose to cook them for fundraising.. we got sick! lol.. now i dont eat them raw anymore.. lol.. but good memories anyway.. haha..
