Hunter mauled by bear in Slovakia

This 64 year old hunter was walking home from the neighbouring village to his when he was attacked by a female bear. Although the man was carrying a gun the bear attacked with such suddenness that he had no time to use it.

As the bear attacked the man claimed to have somehow stuck his head into the bears mouth resulting in the damage you can see here. The bear left him injured on the ground and he crawled some 200 metres to his village. As well as serious facial injuries the elderly man was also left blind by the attack.

Notice where his ears are then notice the bear marks that are on his face. That is why it is very important especially as a Deaf hunter to not allow a bear to even lay down his or her paw on you because those claws can really damage and kill a man off really clean with one swipe or numerous swipes too as well. Don't let the bear bite your body or face or legs at all either.

It is believed the bear had a litter of cubs, this might explain the attack which came with no warning.
 
Shat happened when mother bear thought this poor guy did with her cubs at first place even that guy had no idea what is going on. :|

Yeah, that is why it is very important to constantly scan the area and try your best to stay away from bushes and plants , dense trees where bears or any wild animals can hide and ambush you while you walk. That bear had every right to defend its cubs and it was too late for the hunter, he did not see the cubs or the bear or he would of have taken a different route home also, he was 64 years old and at that age the hearing usually slows down and he is losing his hearing alittle by alittle so there is a good possiblity he did not hear the cubs cry for their mom bear and he got mauled by a bear. I do hope the Lord Jesus Christ micralously heals that man.
 
OMG! This is so bad! And the first time I've seen someone's face looking like that after a bear attack. *goosebumps*

Poor guy went through all that over a big misunderstanding. :( Is he gotta make it through? All I noticed that he was half blind after the attacked, so that means he really made it through?
 
Oh my dear...

Yes anyone have to keep away from bears who just have cubs. Bears are very protective mother and keep their cubs away from us... It's bad that hunter didn't see cubs when he goes near them.... Oh dear...


It's not first time I see the pictures like this... It also affected Canadian hunter as well... He lost his face to bear... It took him years to have facial surgeon... He received "fake" face. I remembered from saw him on TV document... It's not just him but different attacks by wild animals (crocs, shark, bears, lion, etc.) :cold:
