These incidents wouldn't have happened in the first place if the owners didn't adopt them in the first place, or trained them properly.
How can you not blame the owners? They are the dog owners, they are responsible for their dogs. They are expected to take care of their dogs and at least, train them.
Do you know the dog?
I do not, but I do not jump to conclusions. Dog deaths are still really minuscule in reality. It only happens once every other blue moon. It is a strong point out there is a trend with pits being reported.
Everytime there is some death or some kind of situation going on, the first thing that appears out is something along the lines of. Oh, blame the owners, not the dog, if it was trained properly and well watched, this would have never happened. This kind of denial needs to be stopped to be serious about how to be educated about dogs.
