Report: Hulk Hogan’s wife files for divorce
Wrestler, star of reality TV series told by reporter that paperwork was filed

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Linda Hogan has filed for divorce from her wrestler husband Hulk Hogan, a newspaper reported Friday.

Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, told the St. Petersburg Times that he had no idea his wife had filed for divorce. He was informed by a reporter that Pinellas County court records showed that the paperwork was submitted Tuesday.

“Thank you for the great information,” he told the reporter.

Family spokesman Adam Handelsman referred calls to another spokesman, who did not immediately respond Friday night.

“My wife has been in California for about three weeks. ... Holy smokes,” Bollea later told the newspaper. “Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me.”

The couple star in the VH1 reality TV series “Hogan Knows Best,” with their two children. Recent episodes show the normally close couple attending marital counseling, but they eventually reconcile....

I've read about it this morning, I wasn't so surprised because she was talking about divorcing him a couple times on TV. I feel so bad for Hulk Hogan he is such a sweetest guy, as I remember when I was watching his show, he came up with a good writing poem to his wife while they were having some marriage problems. I ended up in tears over his writing poem, even him was in tears too when he read the poem out loud to his wife. :(

So what was the problems?? If Hogan s such a sweet guy, then why Linda left him? Either it s something wrong with Linda or Linda is just another gold-sucking person.
 
That doesn't make any sense. I'm with lumbingmi on this one. ^^ Why would a blonde filing for divorce from the sweet and funny guy?

Well, You know everyone has needs and Linda has her needs, and maybe it wasn't enough for her.
 
I am not really 100% fan of Hulk Hogan. Sorry to say....

So what is your speculation then ? Hulk Hogan has been faith to her for many years yet Linda bail out on him. WTF ? Gee, now you know that not all blames are on men but on women too.

I know him and his family thru weekly TV. Oh Well...

Yes I know Hulk could be sweetie sometimes but really is he is too extreme and stricter.

it's not necessary to make assumptions, He doesn't take steroids. He suffered a fatal, bone-crunching blow from wrestling.

I do know that Hulk was desperately wants to get back into wrestling while Linda doesn't agree because she's fears that he could get hurt again. They even went to a marriage counseling during the show, she seems more a complainer than he was regarding about their marriage. He desperate loves her and would do anything to work on their marriage he always says he is happily married but there's some marriage difficulties, while Linda I dunno she's more wants out.
 
The article does not state the reason for the divorce so let's not jump to conclusions here. Hulk and Linda has been married for 23 years and during the TV show of "Hogan Knows Best" , there were problems in their marriage and Linda got so fed up so they agreed to see a marriage counselor, they worked through it and all couples face tensions and problems during the marriage, some couples worked through it together and remain together, so I feel so sad for Hulk and their children, I just hope that Linda is not running away from the problems rather than facing them together as a family...

Cheri is correct that Linda does worry about Hulk may go back to wrestling, and she fear that he could get hurt again but I don't think that was the reason for the divorce, there has to be a good reason for her to leave this 23 years of marriage behind....
 
i been watch them on tv all the time, wow i am suprise that Linda wanna divorce him.. but hulk is so sweet guy that i know..

I have to agree with you on this. It possiblity she wanted something more and she did say she have tried to work the marriage out but I think it harder on Hulk Hogan to work it out with a marriage counsler last time I saw them doing that on the show. It can't be easy for him to open up.

True we don't know what the deeper reasons for her divocing but speaking of wreslting I watch it for years and met some of them. We all know that wresliting is not for real. So I do believe that Linda is right about one thing that he is getting older and older and he shouldn't go back to wrestling. The older you get the more possiblity of getting hurt in sports or any type of dangerous work. No one stays young forever.

Do you realize that "Hogan Knows Best" is fake and pre-written show? Everything you see on that show are already staged and actors are being told what they are supposed to do. Also heavy dose of editings are involved in order to make the reality show to be more dramatic and "real".

The article did not say anything about that show "Hogan Knows Best", and it did not say ALL Reality shows are fake, but I do believe some are fake or cut out (not showing it)...
