what's so special about condo? i see is that you share with other people like an apt?

i hate something like this.. cuz i want my own pravicy, don't want people complain i'm making too much noise from my bed vibarator, my son trying to get me attention by stomping on floor.

What's wrong with it? It is a great investment. I purchased it for $40K five years ago. Right now it is worth $300K...that's right because of hot market in Metro city..

I do pay Condo employees to water and mow the lawn...
 
Not really, they both are pretty much the same in the long run. For condo, you PAY a set fee each month for maintenace and administrative work and that is called associate fees. They can continue to go up and up and up. On other hand regular property like single family house. There is no associate fees, and you decided how to spend on maintenace or you could do yourself which COULD save you thousands of dollars in the long run.
I do NOT like condo for two good reasons. I like to take care of my property, and do NOT want anybody telling me what to do with my property. Second reason, pure privacy. I do not want somebody next door hear me making love in my bedroom! NO FRIGGIN WAY! Actually I do not want to deal with noise issue. I do have problem with noises sometimes and got enough complaints in the past. SO :madfawk: next door neighbor. I rather have my next door neighbor at least half a mile away each way!
