How to block air waves from my neighbor's disc?

I wouldn't worry about airwave. We're saturated by airwave 24/7 anyway. BUT I would be CONCERN about Radar too close to my house (eg..20 to 50 feet) cuz it emits Microwave energy which may be small but can melt a chocolate Hershey bar. (remmy Microwave oven's inventor who discover useful MW energy for cooking food). Little by little, your brain would be cooked LOL.
