How many tickers are we allowed to have?

I'm kinda of confused on how it happened, but did you talk to Alex about this?...I'm glad that you didn't name the moderator in the open forum, it shows more mature on your part than others who have done so in the past....

At first I had no knowledge what you were talking about, until I looked down in your signature. Ticker or not, It's still a signature. I'm sure there are more members who still have more than one special ticker, and even other images as well, and have not been removed or notify. Why don't you go up to the moderator in private message and tell him how you feel that there are others as well doing the same thing, Maybe he is not aware of it? I dunno. But, I do believe we should be fair to 56k dial up, like myself Hun. I've been nice to you. :applause:

I too, was notify about my signature being over 50. I had to ask someone to resize it for me, I gotta do what the moderators asked me to do, wouldn't want to pissed them off. :giggle: You know where that would lead to? (cough banned cough) :thumb:
 
Thats exactly true, don't forget there are plenty of broadband wannabes out there. They can't get them because there is no broadband service available for their home area. Two of my friends are one of them.

I am sure the owner of this forum wants to offer free forum service of all of us, the owner actually paid for this operation and I can bet that the owner wants to keep the cost down, so the more data moving in and out of the owner server cost the owner money by the bandwidth.

I also would like to add this, even though we could find something free, but I could guarantee you that there will be strings attached... This is classic example... limitation of ticker... thats part of strings attached for freebies.
If we all pay for the service, I am sure mod won't care much, but not enough of us can afford anyway.

deafgeorgia... you have dsl.. but not everyone have dsl, some of them have 56k modem and it takes forever to load up alldeaf or other websites cuz many people use pictures or tickers or whatever it is on their profiles, and it made their computer slow. the moderator or adminstrator just want to let you know it is only limited to 1 signature that you can use. They're not mad at you, they're just letting you know.
