Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

673388988.png

download=1.25 megabits/second
upload=0.21 megabits/second

i think this connection is similar to dial up.

I just tested the connection at school yesterday and got 58 Mb/s. I forgot to save the graphic, but I will go back and do it again today.

lol, just downloaded a 1 GB file, 7 minutes. this is awesome.

My best download was Unreal Tournament 600mb at Hewlett Packard when I worked there... the download was a mere two seconds.

1 GB in 7 minutes? Wow!

Strange. I tested on other servers on long distances and I got different speeds... Some are worst on pings and others are slow... I guessed the servers used different kind of connection speed.

On other Speedtest "Speakeasy" it shows on pix I took:

I dunno why Both are on same destination, Shawnee to Chicago and it showed the difference.. But the Upload speed is the same. I subscribed RR Turbo with 1mpbs upload speed. It did improve my VP video at least.

I just tried the test again today...it's faster than what I posted.

with a different server

You're 9 months late to post that comment.
