How Do You Feel Today?

I'm not really "sick" but I'm still coughing. I just can't seem to shake it off. Been having it for 2 weeks. My coughing sucks big time cuz it's like booming thunderstorm at sonic speed. It shakes the room :lol: Sometimes, my coughing gets pretty bad that it turns to hacking cough type for a moment :mad2:
 
I might as well join the crowd of people who don't feel well. I have a headache, but I don't know if it's from not getting any sleep last night or if it is due to me not taking my meds. I couldn't hold anything down yesterday morning and afternoon, so I was unable to take them. I feel sick to my stomach right now too. I hope this isn't the flu that has been going around. :(

I think I might be coming down with something because I have a headache and not a migraine. One of the meds I take is supposed to relieve my migraines and the other is designed to reduce them. I have one of those damn headaches that are too severe for an OTC but not severe enough for Imitrex. :mad2:

I also feel like I'm going to get sick. :mad2:
 
Oh my goodness. Today has been the day from hell. I just had an asthma attack after laughing at another thread. I was in a panic because I couldn't breathe, but another ADer helped me. I took one of my meds for this and am fine now, but it scared the living daylights out of me. :shock:

Anyways, I'm sorry for complaining about my health problems. I know I sound like I'm a whiner, so I'm sorry.

I'm actually feeling better now. I took an Excedrin and no longer have a headache.

That asthma attack really threw me for a loop though. :(

Okay. Enough about my health.

I plan to spend a little time outdoors today because the weather is beautiful. I also will be having a girlfriend come over later tonight and tomorrow I have an appointment I am looking forward to.

All is good and much better than it was yesterday. :giggle:

I have more bad news for you. Excedrin contains aspirin, one of the things I am supposed to avoid because of my asthma.

I don't know if aspirin is bad for everyone with asthma, but maybe you should ask your doctor.
 
Feel okay yet tiredness... cleaning my bedrom all day yesterday, and now I was cleaned my bedroom this morning until 10 am. I take a break now...

Phew... well, I'm not done. Sighs. =/ But I can't wait how it look so wonderful bedroom when I finished the cleaning. ;)

I didn't know that Bott. :ty: for letting me know. I'll call my GP and pharmacist to find out for sure.
 
Pretty tired right now because I just changed my living room's design, and it look much more spacious since my exroommate no longer live with me. I like my own design anyways! :)

Had wonderful day, Went to work very early this morning to avoid afternoon heat, arrived home at lunchtime, the sun was already very strong and hot. My house mate who has been painting my shelves today for me... we just decided and went in her open top sports car and whizzed down the motorway with my dog's head sticking out and reached the beach. We had lovely walk by the ocean and Boris had great time diving in the water for his tennis ball which we threw alot of times.

Now we are back home having stirfry..... Lovely day... and i am not working until monday which is added bonus!!
 
now i feel like crying but i don't know why. i hope i have a better night because today has been hell. i took an hour long nap yet i still feel worn out. i hate this and wish i would feel level again. i can't stand it when my emotions cycle like this. one minute i'm happy, the next i'm depressed and then i feel like crying for no reason. this sucks.
