If you are staging a house for young children.. probably not... but if you are staging a condo, batcholor pad, or young married couple, then perhaps. The porn DVD doesn't need to be sitting out in the open. Just tucked beside the DVD player such that someone has to be looking to see it. I did not do this when I sold my house so I am not sure how well it works. Just what the other agent told me that she does.

I bet you are right about that! :lol: But Sabrina Sota is an interior designer not a real estate agent. I'm sure she would never stage a house with porn. My friend apparently thinks this gives her an edge in a market that is way over saturated with sellers.
