Homemade Ice Cream Recipes

My husband and I discussed about plan for July of Fourth. He said how about Corn Casserole. I told him nah! It's sound boring to me. He said what do you want to make an appetizer? I was alike Spinach Square. He said how about ice cream?? That's good idea! I am looking for best recipe of Ice Cream. My plan to make two different flavors tomorrow. I can put both flavors ice cream in the freezer before serving on July of Fourth. We have our own ice cream machine with freezer.

Do you have any suggest with recipes???

My dad liked to drink so he would liqour in his homemade ice cream! It would not be for kids!
 
I think if you make vanilla, and then when it is done but not hard, mix fresh raspberries and blueberries through it, it would be good Red, White and Blue ice cream for the 4th.
 
MMMMMM! I love homemade ice cream! SO GOOD!

Vanilla and other ummm just be creative I guess. :) Hope they'll turn out yummy!!! We do own ice cream maker too but small. I wanna bit bigger but I'll wait next summer. :)

It's sound good! But my husband want to have chocolate with PB cups. He want another chocolate. I don't want do both chocolate in same time. I prefer to have vanilla beans with berries like you said.

My husband's own is big size like quart. My mom have one the same. I will borrow my mom's tomorrow. I love to do creative on ice cream!

How about making an IceCreamBar, like a salad bar, that way everyone can dress up their ice cream like they want and you won't have to make many flavors.
Just a thought

Yes! I made a dark chocolate and other is vanilla. My husband already put PB cup in vanilla. Grrr! Ohh well! I have to make another ice cream soon as possible. :giggle:
