Hmm... the numbers don't make sense. First, it's around 500,000... then the numbers add up to 800,000?

I know those statistics are based in the United States, but how is that possible for Africans to get AIDS since they seems don't apply to those lists? I'm still confusing here.
 
The stats are old as heck! I'm sure it's several thousands more than it was in 2001.
