Hi,

I am a 24 year old girl. I am from NY and I currently go to an ASL Interpreter's program. I have been taking ASL courses for four years now. I became involved with the Deaf community after meeting an awesome little boy with special needs who is also deaf. In the classroom we used total communication, but I read up on sign language to use with him. I fell in love with american sign language, Deaf culture, and the wonderful community of Deaf people!
