Anyone in here Jewish?

I want to know if the Hebrew people were descendant
from Ham, Cush, and Canaan...

Cause Noah said all of Ham's family should be slaves...
So the Hebrew were slaves... during Egyptian time, right?

Did God removed the curse from the Hebrew and set you guys free?

Ham, Cush, and Canaan were descendants of Noah. They lived before Abraham.

God made His covenant with Abraham. That was many years after Noah.

Abraham's son, Isaac, was the father of Jacob (also called Israel), who had 12 sons, which were the beginning of the 12 tribes of Israel. Those were the chosen people of God, also called Jews or Hebrews.

After Jacob died, his descendants, the Jews, became slaves while living in Egypt.

The books of Genesis and Exodus explain how God used Moses in freeing the Jews from Egypt.

This is a very brief explanation.

oh ok thanks... now I understand.

The Genesis said from descendant of Shem...
Terah was Abraham's father and Lot was Terah's grandson.
Abraham was Lot's Uncle.

God said to Abram to leave the country Haran and
I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you.

Abram and Sarai lived in Canaan and Lot moved east
to Jordan. Jordan is right next to Israel? Canaan was in Israel?
(Looking at the map).
