Cool. I saw one of those at FanExpo last month.

(according to the Star Wars wiki, the 'real' thing is 8.6m tall so that one is not quite lifesize. I bet it doesn't actually walk or shoot Ewoks either)

you can see i the photos the legs are fixed...its braced...with cross-members...

so indeed its not 'walkable'

but fun to have one of those in my backyard...
