:eek3: I've never heard such a thing before.

Yeah, it's actually in Warren Commission testimony. There is also a theory that she was trying to help the SSA. She testified that she had no recollection of being on the trunk.

I believe this version. All the other stuff is a bit odd.

Yeah that's one too but I don't think it is likely. Like I said if you watch frame by frame she never brings her knees above the seat. Also like I pointed out it seems like having her arms outstretched is a strange position for trying to get out of the car. I also don't buy the "helping the SSA" thing because her palms are face down on the trunk. It was a big car....One would think ducking into the floorboard would be the reaction if trying to get to safety rather than jumping into the open. But then again if she is in shock who knows.

Right. People do strange things when you suddenly go into shock. A total blank for many of them and not remember what they did.

Yeah, it's totally understandable that she would have no recollection. I base my guess on SSA Hill's testimony and Mrs. Connelly's testimony. But it is still just a guess.

People in close proximity to something like that would not be thinking logically enough to get into the floorboard. They aim for open space to distance themselves from the horror in front of them.

My experience has been most people go low when shots are fired :dunno:
