Hello everybody

I am Jimmy, and I am a hearing student doing the "Intervenor for deafblind persons" program at George Brown college Toronto. ASL is one of my courses and I became more interested in ASL and wants to hang out with people who use it as their first language. I also have a hobby blog on asl at Learn American Sign Language Online . Hope to make friends from here soon.

Hi Jimmie and welcome to Alldeaf.com. There are a few Blind/Deaf persons here. Bottesini mentioned one person from Toronto with the registered name:"Mrs Bucket".
Good luck in your studies at George Brown college.

Good morning Jimmie. In today's Toronto Star Joe Fiorito- GT5- has a story about Cyril Cassell. as deaf-blind person. Seems the Ontario Government-Ministry of Community and Social Services- is decreasing the "allowable service of an intervener" from 24 hours to 8 hours a week. He lives at Rotary Cheshire House.

There may be some discussion in your classes.
