Hey guys, just wondering what you all think of this? I noticed this after I had my lunch but I may have had it since I got up this morning, I don't know. My sister spotted it and went omg. I know none of you are medical experts.

The temperature today is in the 70's so it is not that hot. It is all over both of arms, my mum has no idea what it is. I have taken some Pirition(allergy medication) It has eased off a little but not much. It is like red patches and also red circle like spots. I tried to take better pictures of it but it didnt really work.

I also had some rash fri night but it was not as bad as this. It went overnight, I guess it'll go by morning. Fingers crossed eh? I went up to my Grandparents' earlier as my mum wanted me to show them.

Quick question

are you have stress now? Those what cause rash. Plus stay mad all time can cause this.

You need cream that stop rash.

Nope I'm not stressed or worried at all!

Probably allergy....pollen, trees, etc....??...I broke out in a bad rash on my arms, stomach, neck several times before....went to the doctor for it...To find out it was allergy, green pollen.....

There is something called Pink Lotion (or something similar to that) at the drug store you can buy, it's cheap...looks pink when you apply it, to stop the itching....do you itch?

See the pharmacist first....get his/hers opinion....maybe try an over-the-counter remedy...if it doesn't work, then see a doctor!

I've had heat rash many times, it's never been like this, it doesnt itch

I guess it's a waiting game, just to see if it goes. Thanks for all your suggestions!

Calamine lotion, and yes, it's pink. :) But, I don't know what the equivalent of that would be in the UK. They have different names for their pharmaceuticals.

Lissa, you may wanna ask your doctor to have a look at the rash. He/she can give you something for it or suggest what to put on it.

Good luck!

The first picture reminds me of nickel allergy. Were you wearing a watch or metal bracelet on that arm? The other two pictures are hard to make out the rash. I hope you find out what was causing the rash.
I do have nickel allergy only when I am sweating and wearing something with nickel in it. I can wear them in winter time when I don't sweat.

Ur right, Buffalo....I can only wear gold jewelry...or nickel-free jewelry....I break out in a rash if I wear cheaper jewelry and have tried nickel-free jewelry and it works for me!...I had some bangles once, and broke out in a rash on my wrist....My watch has to be ,a leather band...or pure silver band, nickel-free. As for ear rings, I've also tried the "sensitive ears" brand...and I can tolerate those also....so she may have a rash from any jewelry she was wearing.

I bought a nice copper bracelet. I wore it in the winter with no problem. When spring came, Bam! I got rash. I figure that the copper bracelet is really copper alloy (mixed with nickel), not pure copper.

It disappeared aaround 6pm yesterday so I dont know what it was. I do not wear jewellery at all. It seems like heat rash, but I used to get heat rash when it's warm but now seems like I only get it when it's cold

Thanks for all your suggestions :D
