wow.. It will take a while before you can wear that type of hearing aid. Your earlobe can't stretch that much over night.

No worry. The older one gets, the longer the earlobe grows naturally.

If you don't believe me, start observing the earlobes of elderly people.

Any of you young ones in a hurry to look like saggy old people?

Maybe this would be a perfect HA for real old late-deafened people.

There's a clerk at my local bookstore with huge gauges in her ears at my book store. I think her lobes are all stretched out but she doesn't actually wear a HA tough like thr pix in this thread.

Interesting yes but I think most people will share the view as what was expressed in the first 2 replies. If that's the case, I doubt it will take off given that there will be a lack of demand for such a product. Shame really. If it did take off, you'd have the potential for a powerful yet stylish hearing aid. Powerful + stylish are two attributes which don't tend to go hand in hand when talking about hearing aids. Another good thing about it is that its microphone is in a very good place, unlike BTEs and ITCs.
