to hoh community, im searching for headphone for my friend. she has good left ear. any of you have an suggest for good one that can heard well with music either from tv or cd player. she wanted it with volume to control the balance sound to focus only one ear instead two. any idea? thanks ......

Headphones are pretty much sold for both ears. Your friend can just buy one and use it anyway. If you wanted something for just one year, you could get one of those headphones that are made for "behind the ear" and just leave the other earpiece in her pocket.

hummmmmmmmm I am using the headphone and I only have one good hear. But it doesnt bother me how loud it is as long the headphone is comfortable for me to put on my head. Like for example some headphone have a earpiece that you plug into your ears which is not comfortable for me. Some headphone have metel piece across your head which is not comfortable for me either. So I found one that is very comfortable for me and I used koss. It had a very soft cushion and does cover your ears and it soooooooooooo comfortable. I love em.
