I used tried it before but coil was rubbed on pillow when move on other side, that hard to stop to move it. How about twist the tape on head and hold coil then sleep with it, it probably can be successful and just feel free to set up the alarm clock then wake yourself without vibration clock and hearing dogs because alarm clock is cheap than both of them.

What you think about it? New freedom will offers rechargable batteries to charging it with plug, near to your bed when sleep. It's other example for sidekick and it was turn on during charge the battery.

i do that once a while.. only at hotel or someplace that i need to wake up when i'm not at home.

I've tried sleepin with my Freedom on and can't - my brain can't "shut down" and rest - every little sound keeps me awake.

It's normal for hearing people too.

If I get CI, I won't sleep with it! One guy told me a story...I died laughing! He said he wore it for ONE night for his wife sake (his wife is hearing). He heard car coming and going, some animals, etc etc..he said FUCK I can't sleep and took it off! He asked his wife how the heck can you sleep through the night with all those noises!? she said she is used to it.

He told me few stories and I laughed and laughed. So I cannot wait to experince it soon!!! I hope SOON!!!

Nope. I never considered it. I'm too used to not hearing when I sleep and I knew I never master that. Another rationale why I don't is what in the heck do I need to hear in my sleep anyway? My wife and kids hear and they all can easily wake up if something is going on (and in turn wake me up). As for when I'm alone, that is a risk I run and I have done that my entire life. Also, I get only three days on batteries during my waking time. I surely don't like the idea wasting anymore power than I need to.

I have slept with CI speech processr on (either BTE or Body Worn) numerous times. Why? many reasons as some of you already indicated.

I have mentioned that somewhere in AD that I tune into Classic Arts Showcase so I listen to classical musics while I sleep...

Sometime I watch something that I do want to hear with CC on but ended up falling asleep eh.

I have no problem staying on one side so I don't knock it off my head if I turn over to sleep on other side. There are few times that my headpiece get knocked off (if I use Bodyworn) with my arm

As far as noise at night is concerned, I am used to it. I cannot sleep if it is totally quiet. I need to hear traffic. If it is quiet I have to turn the fan on hi for noise.
