I don't mean physically. I meant I'll attend to my laptop and get that key logging issue taken care of. Right now I'm assisting a friend in setting up a new ntouch PC account, because he's due to move soon, and might not have his regular VP for a while. I told him having a backup option is a good idea, so that's what we're doing now.

My first thought too was possibly being logged into one device, then when you go to log in on another device it won't log you in because you already have it logged in on the 1st device.
Most antiviruses virii? well anyway- most can catch trojans (not sure on keyloggers) and you can run other diagnostics to check. But I'm feeling like it's something else rather than somebody getting into it. I don't know what- maybe software related, settings related...
I forgot to update everyone here about that. I talked with Convo, and their engineers say that because I use multiple devices, it logs out of one, and signs into another one. However, now that they've got that brought to their attention, they're gonna work on making some software changes to prevent this from happening again in the future. They will let me know when that happens. I just need to bear with them.
