Has anybody on here been in the paper?

Was featured in a (now defunct) magazine called, Deaf Success. Trudy Sugg wrote a two page feature of me back in 2003. Apparently I was in the last magazine issue to be printed before it went under.

Been interviewed by a North Carolina tv news team about my work in the forest. Gotten a few phone interview calls by newspapers regarding post forest fire work on mitigating post fire floods.

a few times, on my bowling accomplishments; a high series of 754 and bowler of the year award.

I was on the news a few times. They were about my hearing and one time I think I was taped in a convention about speech and hearing. It was a big event and I was so nervous as I was only 6 or 7 at the time.

Yep! One was when I was young...not sure if I was in the newspaper but I was in the News maybe 2 times....few newspaper from Clarke with few events going on. ...that's about it I guess.

My divorce was in the paper I think about a month or so ago

When I was born. I was heaviest baby than any of babies that born in the same year of mine in entire of the city of Portland. My weigh was at 11 lbs 20 oz, but I am not sure if it was correct because 20 oz was over than an oz. I was on the newspaper for that.

My daughter was in paper for being the heaviest birth for my doctor and largest baby he delivered. She was 12 lbs 6 1/2 oz and 24 1/2 inches long. She is now 15 and 6'4" and still growing.

I've been in the paper numerous times. birth marriage, father's death, grand parents (5) deaths, children's births, and articles related to 3 different jobs.

Yeah ,I been in the paper a few times , once I almost shut down a town meeting as there was no mikeaphone and no one to sign for HOH people, my hearing dog and my photo were in the paper for that. My name was in a paper last week for the landfill that giving toxic tax ,and I was on the computer in a video shaking hand with my gov! I hated that! I do not like being the paper! My name been the paper about four times. I like to fight for people rights and health issues! But I wish I would not end in the paper

Anyway, moving on...

I was in the paper once. At the age of 13 and in 7th grade, I took the top prize in my Jr High school's science fair. I ended up having an article written about me and it.
