That's when we have ham. Then it's corned beef and cabbage on New Year's Day.
 
For us this year:
Thanksgiving: nothing
Christmas: maybe turkey and ham
New Years: hog jowl, black eyed peas, cabbage, spinach, and ham at my grandmother's house.

:wave:well, I have a Thanksgiving cold:( but I enjoyed time with my family yesterday and my dad had lots of PIE with whipped cream:lol: <we brought over 2 extra cans of whipped cream>.
so there was lotsa leftovers and now I'm spending time with hubby and dogs and also spending time with my AD family, who I'm happy to see.

Botti, I saw that dog show, I liked watching the herding and working group and saw that the little Entlebucher Dog in the herding <http://www.emdca.com/> who I was rooting for but I don't think he took group.
do you know who won BIS <Best IN show>?

My Thanksgiving was kinda weird because my hubby's family decided not to come at the last minute so it was just with my brother, his girlfriend, my two kids, one of my girlfirend's from my Maryland group, her sister in law, their kids, and TheWriteAlex. :) First Thanksgiving without my hubby's family.
We had a great time though! The food was GREAT!!!!!!

I hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday had a wonderful day. And, for those who don't, whether non-American or for any other reason, I hope you had a wonderful day too.
 
This seems to be a weird Thanksgiving...

My ex broke up with his girlfriend and kicked her and her 3 kids out yesterday.

Just woke up to see a pile of clothes in front of my neighbor's house. Later on, his girlfriend picked them up and put them in her car and drove off. Found out that he broke up with her and kicked her out.

My friend texted me saying that her boyfriend wants to move out and she is freaking out.

What is going on? :confused:
