Perhaps some signs but there are also many that you would not be able to do. Especially two handed signs where the space between your wrists need to be apart. Even as someone that is not a fluent signer I can see how there would be many signs you can't do in cuffs.

RD, that is a lot of space between the hands; it will allow an ASLer to say what he needs to say.....easily....and don't forget the ability to fingerspell if necessary....heck, I could do a poem handcuffed.
