As for drinking cold water - that really depends.... If you are working outdoors, you aren't supposed to drink iced/cold water when it is hot outside.
 
I have dark brown hair and few gray hair in it. I am 34 yrs old. waaaa!! I want to get highlight my hair, but not right now maybe in spring.
 
My hair is naturally light brown but there are times that I'd add some blonde highlighting streaks in it. I want to go for something different and have been thinking about getting a combo of blonde and dark red streaks on my hair. I might think about it and do it in late spring.

Anyways, my natural hair color is blonde, and I highlight my hair with bleach to make it lighter...

That's not what Red Cross told us , we have Red Cross team at the cook off all the time, and we are told to drink cold water when someone is about to fainted in a hot, humdity weather..
 
I dyed my natural brown into red/orange for 5 years... I haven´t dye my hair since last October 2006...

I have a very few grey hair on my natural brown hair... :lol: I decide to not dye red/orange again but just highlight to cover few grey hair...

Drinking cold water being dangerous? I´m addict to drink water.... I´m okay... *knock on wood*...
 
Mine is like a almost black with lighter brown natural high lights in it and than i put in blonde and red highlights also
 
My hair is naturally red. I tried to dye it blonde when I was in high school (many years ago!) and it turned orange. Never tried that again.
 
dirty/dishwater blonde. don't dye my hair except bleaching tips occasionally.
 
I have naturally auburn hair (as does my oldest daughter). If I try to bleach it, I end up looking like a big PINEAPPLE!
 
Blonde, thats the way its gonna stay to..Don't believe in dying my hair color. Although yes it does look nice on a lot of people but me nahhh I'll leave mine the way it is:)
